Once you have downloaded the backup, the following article explains how you can restore said backup from WHM if needed. Notify InMotion via email with a request to restore your backup. Upload the cPanel backup to your InMotion Hosting server. Click the Backup link in the cPanel Files section. Log in to GreenGeeks and go to cPanel by clicking the cPanel button in the Quick Server Login section. This plugin requires your site is hosted on a cPanel equipped server. Backup and download your complete cPanel account. One click read, send and manage all your emails without a login step. Please see the section on making your own backups. Read, send, show, manage, list, create, add, remove or delete email accounts, old messages, forwarders and autoresponders. Download the backup file to your computer using FTP. If your account is over 10 GB in size this option will not be available. Once you have a full backup generated and navigate back to "Download a Full Account Backup", you will see that there is now a backup listed that you can now download to your local machine. If you need instructions on this task, see my previous post on how to perform a backup in cPanel. Selecting "Download a Full Account Backup" will bring you to a page that lets you start the process and also choose to have an email sent to you once the process finishes if wanted. Simply navigate to cPanel > Files > Backup and you will see the options for "Download a Full Account Backup" and then various options for generating different types of partial backups underneath this. The "backup" interface inside of cPanel allows you to generate and download full or partial cPanel backups without root-level access to the server.
